Quantrock Financial Consultants L.L.C (Dubai, UAE - DED licence No. 803838) operates the Investment World Cup (QIWC) and the Quantrock app, which provides investment tools powered by alternative data and AI. These Terms govern your access to our website, apps, and services.
By completing payment, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime in account settings. Cancellations do not refund the current billing cycle.
Premium subscriptions bought on quantrock.com through Stripe (monthly or annual) renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid for; partially used periods are not refunded automatically. Refund requests are reviewed case by case by support@quantrock.com in line with applicable consumer-protection law. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those stores' own refund rules. The championship itself has no entry fee.
Applicable taxes are based on your location; all charges are processed in USD and may be subject to your provider's exchange rates/fees.
Contact us within 7 days of invoice receipt to dispute any errors.
Payment-related disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Personal Data (e.g., name, email, demographics) you provide when you register or interact with features.
Derivative Data (e.g., IP, browser, OS, pages viewed) collected automatically.
Financial Data related to purchases; core payment data is stored by Stripe.
Mobile Device Data (device ID, model, OS, location for app access).
Third-Party Data when you connect external accounts.
Contest/Giveaway/Survey Data you submit.
Create and manage your account; process payments and orders.
Provide support, resolve issues, and communicate updates.
Improve site/app performance, analyze usage, and personalize content.
Send newsletters, promotions, and targeted communications (where permitted).
Fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.
Operate community features and user-to-user communications.
We may disclose information to comply with law, investigate violations, or protect rights and safety.
Sharing with vetted vendors for hosting, analytics, email delivery, payments, and support.
Sharing with third parties for marketing where permitted or with opt-out options.
Profile details and posts may be visible to other users and public audiences.
Data may be shared with affiliates and business partners for offerings.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, but no method is completely secure.
Quantrock's learning and practice-simulation services are available from age 12 with the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 12, and the data of learners aged 12-17 is processed only with that consent. Entry to the official Investment World Cup championship is restricted to those aged 18 and over, with one verified (KYC) account. If you believe a child has provided data without the required consent, please contact us so we can remove it.
Browsers/mobile OS may offer DNT settings. There is no uniform standard; we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted, we will update this policy accordingly.
Quantrock provides the Investment World Cup and a range of investing and investment-education services. By using any of these services, you agree to the specific terms outlined below.
